Savaaya and/or its affiliates are committed to protecting all the information you share with us. Any employee who violates our privacy and/or security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution, Savaaya’s top most priority is in protecting your confidential information and privacy.
Savaaya will collect adequate, relevant and necessary Personal Information and will process such information fairly and lawfully for the purpose it is collected. The purpose of collection will be specified not later than at the time of data collection or on each occasion of change of purpose.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Returns and Exchanges
We are a home grown brand and each product is made by us on per order basis with a lot of love and care, due to which we do not accept refunds on products once sold.
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, or a wrong product/size, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery at contact@savaaya.com and we will replace your product or provide a credit note for it in case of unavailability.
Variations in the weave, embroidery or print of the product is a result of its handcrafted nature, and hence cannot be considered as a defect.
Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned. They can only be altered.
In case of sizing issues, we are happy to exchange the product for a different size.
If you are unhappy with the product, we are happy to exchange it for a different product that is of equal price value or more.
We request you to please read about your product carefully before purchasing and contact us in case of any sizing/product queries and we would be happy to assist you with it.
For items purchased on sale, no exchanges and returns will be offered.
The Return/exchange Process

Once the return product has been received by us and has been quality checked, the exchange product will be shipped to you.
This process will take 7-10 working days after receipt of the product.
Return and Exchange Terms
Your order is liable for exchange until 7 days of you receiving it.
An item once exchanged will not be eligible for return/exchange again.
Products that show signs of being worn or have noticeable defects will not be liable for return. Savaaya reserves the right to accept/reject a return after inspecting the products returned to us.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package which you believe was damaged in transit, please do not accept it and mention the same on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner.
Any claims of the outer packaging being damaged/products missing because of that will not be entertained after the proof of delivery is signed by you.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refunds will be provided if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us by emailing us at contact@savaaya.com within 24 hours of placing it.
Express shipping orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, you will receive a gift card of the same amount.

Delivery and Shipping Policy
Order Shipping
It Will Take About 10-14 Working Days for The Order to Be Processed and delivered from Our Studio. (please Note that Sundays and Public Holidays Are Not Considered as Working Days)
Updates on the dispatch of your orders along with the tracking details will be sent on your provided phone number and E-mail address.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid shipping within India is free of cost.
Cash on delivery shipping is chargeable by INR 100.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Modes of Payment
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. We also accept Cash on Delivery for a charge of INR 100.

Product Disclaimer
Due to their hand-crafted nature, there could be variations in the feel of the fabric, construction, color and technique of the actual product from the images shown on this website. Kindly bear this in mind while placing your order.
Please verify your size before placing an order. You can do so by referring to our Size Chart is available on each product page.
Product Descriptions
Products displayed on savaaya.com attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Savaaya does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Savaaya is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us within 48 hours of receipt and Savaaya reserves the right to provide a solution as per its discretion.
Order Cancellation by Savaaya
Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or are incapable of being dispatched. Savaaya reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Savaaya.
